ORDER POLICY
Full Payment Required
All orders require full payment at the time of purchase.
Graphic Jewelzz does not accept deposits or partial payments.
Production will not begin until full payment has been received.
No Holds Policy
Graphic Jewelzz does not place items on hold.
Products are sold on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Items will remain available for purchase until full payment has been received.
PROCESSING & CREATION TIME
Most handmade jewelry and custom items require 7–10 business days to be created before shipping.
Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, vendor events, or periods of high order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
CUSTOM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Customers purchasing custom jewelry are responsible for providing all required information before production begins.
If applicable, customers must submit accurate measurements for:
- Rings
- Bracelets
- Waist Beads
- Anklets
- Necklaces
- Other custom-fitted jewelry
Graphic Jewelzz is not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Orders cannot begin until all required measurements and customization details have been received.
SHIPPING POLICY
Graphic Jewelzz ships within the United States.
We do not offer local pickup, delivery, or meet-ups. Shipping only.
Standard Shipping
A $10.00 shipping fee is added to all orders.
If the actual shipping cost exceeds the standard shipping fee because of package size, weight, insurance, signature confirmation, expedited shipping, or destination, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping balance before the order is mailed.
Once a package has been shipped, Graphic Jewelzz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Weather
- Holidays
- Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All jewelry, spiritual products, readings, and custom work are handmade, customized, and/or energetic in nature:

- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Store credit
- Free re-shippments
- Cancellations after purchase
This policy applies to all products and services.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Once production begins on any custom order, no changes can be made.
Custom pieces are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
Because of this, custom orders are non-refundable.
COPPER JEWELRY INFORMATION
Graphic Jewelzz primarily uses 99.96% pure copper wire when creating handmade jewelry.
Some chains, clasps, findings, or accessories may be:
- Copper plated
- Copper alloy
- Mixed metals
depending on design availability and supplier inventory.
Copper Care
Copper naturally oxidizes over time.
To maintain its shine:
- Store jewelry in a dry place.
- Keep away from perfumes and harsh chemicals.
- Remove before swimming or showering.
- Clean with a jewelry polishing cloth.
- Use a copper cleaner or a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda if desired.
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Natural oxidation is not considered damage or a defect.
Green Skin Disclaimer
Copper may temporarily turn the skin green.
This is a completely natural reaction caused by:
- Body chemistry
- Sweat
- Skin acidity (pH)
- Moisture
- Lotions
- Perfumes
- Humidity
The green color is harmless, washes off easily, and is not an indication that the copper is fake or poor quality.
Every person’s body chemistry is different, so reactions vary.
CRYSTAL & STONE DISCLAIMER
Graphic Jewelzz uses natural crystals, gemstones, and stones whenever available. Because these materials are created by nature, every stone is unique.
Customers should expect natural differences in:
- Color
- Shape
- Pattern
- Inclusions
- Size
- Texture
These natural variations are not considered defects. Crystals and stones are sourced through reputable suppliers. Graphic Jewelzz relies on supplier representations regarding the identity and authenticity of materials and cannot independently certify every stone or crystal.
Metaphysical properties commonly associated with crystals are based on spiritual traditions and personal beliefs and are not scientifically proven.
SMUDGE STICKS, HERBS & SPIRITUAL PRODUCTS
All herbs, smudge sticks, candles, oils, teas, and spiritual products are sold for spiritual, educational, cultural, or personal use.
